HELP Club Membership Terms and Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
HELP Club Memberships with HELP will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for successive one month terms unless you choose to cancel or your HELP Club Membership is terminated by HELP. HELP Club 1-Year Membership with HELP are pre-paid, and provide you with an option to renew at the end of the applicable term at the price then in effect. Your method of payment on file with HELP will continue to be charged where applicable each month at the rate shown on your HELP Club Membership Agreement until membership is cancelled.
You are required to notify HELP immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank or other account information. HELP may terminate monthly membership after two consecutive months of non- payment.
Your HELP Club Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail or telephone to schedule your free maintenance or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. HELP Club Membership benefits are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of your benefits is not refundable.

HELP CLUB MEMBERSHIPS BILLING
For monthly automatically-renewing memberships, the first monthly payment is collected at the time of service. After that, monthly payments will be collected based on customer selection during membership sign-up: either the 5 th , 15 th or 25 th of each month.
