HELP™ guarantees its work to be free of any material defects. Sewer line installations performed by HELP™ Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric (“HELP™”) are guaranteed by HELP’s™ 10-year Extended Limited Warranty on the labor and by Perma-Liner Industries, Inc.’s 10-year manufacturer warranty on the parts, equipment, and materials.

Under our Extended Limited Warranty, if our labor work relating to the sewer line installation is defective or has a code issue, we will correct it free of charge for up to 10 years. Even after the 10-year Extended Limited Warranty expiration, you will be charged solely for the labor under the 10-year manufacturer warranty for the parts, equipment, and materials. You will not be charged for repairing or replacing the parts, equipment, and materials used during the sewer line installation.

All warranties are subject to proper use of the Sewer Line. Abuse, negligence, or customer-inflicted damage to the Sewer Line will void warranties.
