Recently had a new furnace installed. Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. HELP Heating Cooling and Drains, immediately sent out a team led by Garrick Smith. They assessed the situation. Brought out heaters to keep the house warm and we had a new furnace the very next day. Me, my wife, daughter and 5 grandchildren couldn't be more thankful. Garrick Smith (Field Manager) and technicians Josh, Phil and Tyler were prompt, clean and professional. They made sure all our needs and concerns were addressed. Outstanding job!!!

Jake and his team are top of the line when it come to duct cleaning. They treated our home with great care and were very courteous with all of our needs and specifications. WORLD CLASS! Our service techs were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves, had excellent communication, took time to understand our house and needs.
